Nella Travel & Tours makes every effort to provide you with tourist class highway
coaches / accommodations / meals / tours. As we are representatives of these
companies in the event that changes have to be made at the last minute we reserve
the right to do so without prior notice.
In the event of an unforseen event and the tour has to be cancelled at the last minute
a full refund will be given for the travel services purchased and paid to us however we do
not
accept any responsibility for any loss you may incurr due to a cancellation of a tour.
Nella Travel & Tours Ltd. and it's employees / agents act only as representatives
of the passengers and do not accept any responsibility for the passengers or for
the quality of services provided in hotels, transportation, tour guides, meals
used in connection with the trip / tour.
We do not accept any responsibility in connection with lost / damaged luggage
or any accidents incurred by the passengers resulting from the use of these
transportations whatever the cause may be. If for the comfort or well-being of
passengers or for any other reason it becomes necessary or advisable to change /
cancel arrangements, these changes / cancellations will be made with out any
penalty / responsibility to operators / agents / representatives & Nella Travel &
Tours Ltd.
Making a Reservation:
You can make a reservation by email, fax, telephone or in person.
Yours seats on any bus tour is not confirmed until you have made a
deposit / full payment is received. Once deposit / full payment when
required is made your seats on the bus will be confirmed.
For all bus tours we will hold your reservation for 7 business days
or as
advised by one of our agents once your reservation has been received
and confirmed.
Deposit / Full Payment: Payments can be made in
cash / cheque / money order. For those out of town you can mail in your
cheque / money order, we will notify you as soon as payment has been received.
We also accept visa and master, 3% service fee applies.
Deposit and final payment:
More then 45 days prior to departure date, deposit is due and non refundable.
Less then 45 days prior to departure, full payment is due and non refundable.
Travel Insurance / Cancellation Insurance:
We strongly recommend you purchase cancellation insurance for all travel
arrangements in the event you need to cancel due to an unexpected insurable
emergency. We offer RBC Insurance, for complete details please inquire
at time of reservation.
For all travel outside of Ontario we strongly recommend medical insurance should
an unexpected insurable medical emergency occur. For complete details

Participation:
For the benefit of everyone on your vacation / tour, Nella Travel & Tours reserves
the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to remove from
the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests
of the other participants.
Price Guarantee:
All tour prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known at
the time of printing / advertising and expected to be in effect at the time of departure.
Should there be an increase in exchange rate, prices will change without notice
and will be confirmed at time of final payment. In the event of any government
tax increses, Nella Travel & Tours Ltd., will advise of the additional cost which is
the responsibility of the passengers travelling.
Accommodations:
Nella Travel & Tours Ltd. makes every effort to list hotel accommodations where
applicable for all overnight tours with accommodations. On occassion the
accommodation listed is not available, we will make every
effort to rebook
accommodations at a similar hotel.
Most reservations are for non smoking rooms however when additional rooms
are required and non smoking rooms are not available, some guests may have a
smoking room. Please request room type at time of reservation, however this is
only a request and not guaranteed. Most rooms will have twin beds, some with a
queen or king bedding. Please make your request at time of reservation
and we will do our best to accommodate all request.
Baggage Allowance:
Once suitcase per passenger is allowed for all tours due to the limited amount
of luggage space on coaches. Dimentions no larger then 30" x 21" x 11" with a
max weight of 50lb (23 k) per suitcase. In the event your suitcase is overwight
we reserve the right to deny you boarding and request you load and unload
your own suitcase.
Carry on bags are restricted to 1 per passenger not to exceed 12" x 11" x 6" not
exceeding 12 lb (5 K). For safety resons wheeled carry on bags are not suitable
as hand luggage on motorcoaches.
