Payment Information
All deposits are 100% non refundable, final payment for all tours is due 45 days prior to departure date, all tours become 100% non refundable 35 days prior to departure. We strongly recommend you purchase cancellation insurance in the event an insurable emergency occurs which prevents you from travelling. Please inquire and purchase insurance at time of reservation. We offer RBC Insurance which you can purchase directly on this site or we can issue for you. Upon confirmation of your reservation and payment you are accepting the terms and conditions as listed on the terms & conditions section on this web site for yourself and everyone travelling in your group. Please inform everyone in your group of the terms and conditions of this reservation. If you have any questions, please call us in advance. Full names as they appear on the passport along with dates of birth is required to confirm your reservation. Payments can be maide in cash / debit / certified cheque / money order or visa / master card. There is a 3% service fee for all credit card payments.

Upon acceptance of your reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions of your reservations as per the terms and conditions outlined in the "Terms and Conditions" section as listed on this website. All insurances have been declined unless paid for in advance. All tours are 100% non refundable once confirmed and paid for within 35 days of your travel dates.
