TOUR DETAILS

DAY 1 - Pick up at Riva Tours Hwy 7 & 27 for 6:00am,
second pick up at Nella Travel - Queenston & Parkdale, Hamilton for 7:00am. First stop at Fort Erie Duty free, second
stop at the Waterloo Factory Outlet, continue to the Days Inn, in Canastota NY for 3:00pm, depart the hotel at 5:00pm and
continue to St. Anthony's Church in Utica for the "festa".
Take part in the Celebration of Holy Mass in
honour of I Santi Medici at 7:00pm followed by Candle light procession and music in the out door church parking lot with Utica's
very own Big Band. Depart the church at 10:00pm and return to our hotel for the night
DAY 2 - Sunday morning - continental breakfast at 8:00am, we depart at 9:00am and return to St. Anthony's
Church, celebration of Mass at noon followed by candle light procession and blessing of the sick all out doors - weather permitting.
Depart the church at 2:30pm and continue to the Old Country Buffet for Dinner before arriving back at Canada Customs for
6:00pm.

Payments can be made in person, by mail or over the telephone. We accept cash, debit and money orders.
We now accept visa and master card, 3 % service fee applies for all credit card payments.
Seats on the bus are on a first come basis at time of reservation and payment is confirmed. A deposit of $50.00 per person is required to
confirm your seat, full payment is due 45 days prior to
departure. All tours are 100% non refundable once
payment is received, in the event you cannot attend, please call us to cancell. If we can resell your seat a refund
will be given, less the administration fee.

INSURANCE INFORMATION
We offer RBC insurance, please enquire for rates at time of reservations.
We also offer the annual plans which
cover up to 9 days at a time for out of country medical
insurance.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION
Proper
identification is required to cross into the USA, therefore we highly recommend you travel with a valid Canadian Passport.

Please Note: Due to delays at US Immigration
if you do not have a valid Canadian Passport or the enhanced drivers licence, you MUST notify us prior to departure date so
we can advise you as to what documentation is required, we do not take any responsibility if you are denied entry into the
US and you will be responsible for any costs incurrred to return home.
Your duty free allowance when returning to Canada is $400.00 per person after your 48 hours stay in the US, 1 bottle of alcohol or 1 case of beer, 1 carton of cigarettes or 1 package of
cigars, if you wish to purchase more you can do so, however you will be responsible to pay duty for any amount / allowance
