 Canadian Tire, Queenston & Nash Hamilton & Glendale Av. Service Center (north of QEW) 
 in St.Catharines.
we also offer the car pool at the 400 & Hwy 7 for groups of 20 or more.

Departure times begin at 9:00pm, please call 2 days prior to
your departure time to confirm pick up time and point. 
Note:  all times are tentative and will be confirmed 48 hours
prior to your departure date.

Once everyone has boarded the bus we make our first stop at duty free.
We have for you a 10% discount card which you can use for most items
purchased at duty free.  There is also a currency exchange, Tim Horton's
and Mc Donald's.  Use the washroom facilities and return to the bus.

We continue to US Customs, please remember to have proper identification to cross
into the US, we do not take responsibility for anyone who is denied entry into the US.

After clearing US Customs we continue to drive to Manhattan.  Prior to our arrival
we will be stopping at a service centre so you have free time to change and fresh'n
up prior to our arrival in Manhattan.

As all seats on the bus are reserved anything you do not need for the day can remain
on your seat for your return trip home.

Prior to the bus dropping the group off in Manhattan you will be given an itinerary
with information on Manhattan, points of interest, addresses and a contact telephone
number in case of emergency.

Your guide will also tell you where and when to meet the bus for your return trip home.

For those who wish to take in a Broadway Show, we suggest an afternoon show so you
have time for dinner prior to arriving back at the bus.  If you would like to pre-purchase
your hop on hop off city pass for Manhattan, please enquire at time of reservation.

We can pre purchase your hop on hop off pass for $40.00 US per person with
a min order of 25 passes, please reserve a week prior to departure date.

Your approximate return time to the bus is for 9:30pm, departure from Manhattan will
be for 10:00pm.

we can add additional departure dates throughout the year for groups
of 20 or more however total minimum number of passengers required
for each departure is 45.   As some dates are more popular than others
we do our best to have each departure go, in the event there is not
enough demand for a departure date, you will be notified 14 days
prior and offered an alternative date or a full refund.


Seats on the bus are on a first come basis at time of reservation and
payment is confirmed.  Full payment is required to have your seats
confirmed.  All tours are 100% non refundable once payment is received.
In the event you cannot attend, please call us to cancell.  If we can
resell your seat a refund will be given.

We offer RBC insurance, please enquire for rates at time
of reservations. 

We also offer the annual plans which cover up to 9 days at a time for out of
country medical insurance.

Valid Canadian Passport or Enhanced drivers licence is required to cross into the
the US.  We do not take any responsibility for anyone who is denied entry into the
US and you will be responsible for your return transportation.

Payments can be made in person, by mail or by telephone.  We accept cash,
money order, cheque and for your convenience visa and master card.  A service
fee of 3% applies for all credit card transactions.

Please Note:  Due to delays at US Immigration if you do not have a valid Canadian Passport
or the enhanced drivers licence, you MUST notify us prior to departure date so we can
advise you as to what documentation you do require prior to departure date.  Once the bus
is ready to depart from Hamilton we will be checking everyone's I.D.  If you do not have
the proper documentation you will be asked to leave the tour, no refunds will be given and
you are responsible for any cost incurred to return home.  So we stress, please contact
our office prior to departure date if you are not a Canadian Citizen travelling with either
a Valid Canadian Passport or the Enhanced drivers licence.
